This is a key (probably the most important) part of any flap mill. For the first time, these parts will be manufactured specifically for a grating mill. Until now, all manufacturers used different bearings or conveyor wheels. However, these parts (designed for something other than a lamella mill) had various drawbacks. Some were quite noisy, some were not durable enough, and some lacked the speed needed for a flap mill.

For over 18 months, in a costly and slow process, we built various molds and tested different materials and designs to find the best structure of a lamella wheel.
